Turkeys will be placed in a ''Family Secret'' Sugar & Salty Herb Bath for 48 hours to ensure the juiciest Turkey. The Chef will then prepare and season your turkey so that it is prepped for the oven! Get all the aromatic aromas without the hassle.
For full turkeys offered by the house of chef james mitchell please send us an email. We will charge market value per pound based on the amount of guests expected.
