the House of Junior Chefs!
House of Junior Chefs offers an enriched and hands-on cooking program for children who have always wanted to learn the art of cooking & healthy eating.
Our program is designed to elevate your children's confidence in the kitchen and teach them about the wonderful creative world that awaits them in the Kitchen.
TIME AND PRICE
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm
- Price: $550.00+txs
Daycare Hours
- 8:00am to 9:00am
- 4:00pm to 6:00pm
- Additional Fee : $40.00/week
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- All the regular camp activities that are on site are included in the fees.

- Lunch (Our Junior Chefs will prepare their meals in the morning)
APPAREL
Aprons can be purchased with their name on it or one may be provided for them to use throughout the camp.
* Students enrolled in the Master Junior Chef Program may wear their Chef Jackets.
* Price to be confirmed.
- Non-Slip Running Shoes or Closed Crocs (No Sandals may be worn at any time.)
- Baseball Cap (Black) Can be purchased through our company or students may wear their own.
- Long Hair must be always tied back.

Registration will be open for a two-week period. Because we set maximum numbers in the group. It is best to send in your application for enrollment for your child as early as possible.
There are a few easy ways to pays to make payments. We accept most major credit cards. For alternative for of payments please contact us directly.
We do offer sibling discount. Must provide proof of residence.
There is a 15% Discount for 2nd Student.
There is a 25% Discount for 3rd Student.
There is a 40% Discount for 4th Student
All the regular camp activities that are on site are included in the fees.

Lunch (Junior Chefs Make)
We are NOT a nut free environment. Throughout camp, children will not be preparing anything with peanuts. In terms of their lunches, the campers will be preparing their own lunches in the morning, and we will be able to supply them with some alternatives should they prefer, that they use creating their dishes.
Yes, all our campers will be taught knife skills and how to use real knives in our kitchen safely. All students must have a waiver.
We will be playing games, themed movies, they will have free time during the day as well, treasure hunts and more. We will also (weather permitting) have time outside, whether it is to BBQ, Picnic, Gardening and more…
JC LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
Our Junior Chef’s Leadership Program is recommended for younger students who are already enrolled in our Master Junior Chef Program demonstrating the qualities we seek in our Junior Chefs Teaching Certification Program, as well as our team of Instructors. Students enrolled in our JC Leadership Program will be given special responsibilities throughout their session/year and will generally be more involved in our Kitchen Shop Life – from helping with classes and in the office, to volunteering to help out at birthday parties, to taking on new tasks at special events and much more.
Mandatory Summer Camp inscription
All JCLeadership Students must participate & enroll in at least one Summer Camp week to ensure the training needed for learning the necessary skills (* At least one session is mandatory to remain in the program). Our JCleadership students are beginning their journey to one day becoming an instructor for the House of Junior Chefs.
Registration
Students must express their desire to enroll for our JCLeadership program in February, preceding the Spring Sessions & Camp seasons. To apply, students must request and submit an application form provided by the administration. Please note that applicants must be between 12 and 16 years of age to be considered for the program. In addition, while the JCLeadership program itself is free of charge, JCLeadership students must be enrolled for a minimum of 3 seasons and one week of camp to qualify for this program. Students will benefit from taking part and having responsibilities throughout our camp they will have special duties and be apart of the organization of certain activities and more.
REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, the House of Junior Chefs must cancel a session, a full refund will be given.
If your child is registered and cannot attend camp, you will receive a refund of 65% of the total registration fee if you cancel on or before May 30th, 2022. No refund will be given on or after June 1st, 2022.
Balances can be added to an account in form of a credit but is not Transferable.
Credits can be used for Birthday parties or towards the tuition for our Master Junior Chef Program.
We reserve the right to dismiss, without refund, any child from the camp if he/she misbehaves and does not want to comply with the rules of the Kitchen.
*Registration is not transferable.
